Hello, everything are working fine. However, the download do not proceed if the pdf size was like 10mb. It always end up “Request Time-out”. I tried setting up some configurations over htaccess, and php.ini but still I am having issues over again.
Any ideas how to increase the max time limit here or alternative solution?
No. There is no configuration about secure downloads addon.
We have tried to reduce the pdf filesize down to 1.9mb and it is still registering the filesize to 374 bytes in the debug log.
Please do remember that I customize your code into my own hooks to make it able to work.

I will need to get a standard copy of our plugin on your site then check things.
If you temporarily remove any customization, and use the standard copy of the plugin do you see the issue?
