Hi there. I purchased the SqueezeForm addon on April 22nd and never received anything to download the actual addon. Could you let me know how I’m supposed to get the extension? Thanks! Need it ASAP for a client.

I added the paid Squeeze form pluggin but i’m still not able to populate the boxes for name and email address. I even went a step further adn added in my Mailchimp API Key… What am I not doing correctly?
Did you add the shortcode that is explained on the following page?
Please copy and paste the shortcode that you are using so I can check it to see if there is any typo. Also, post the URL of the page where you have it so I can inspect it.
I did and it seems that it is only working on the old editor not on Gutenberg blocks. The text is not wrapping in the email block. Is this normal?

Also, even in the old editor it is not giving me the option to change between the designs. Any help you can lend would be great.

Looks like there is a CSS conflict on your site with another plugin or theme that is preventing the word-wrap from happening on the item’s title. Do the following test please:
Test for Plugin and Theme Conflict Before Posting an Issue or a Bug
