I just purchased and set up the Amazon S3 integration extension and when I test downloading a file I get an error:
<Error>
NoSuchKey
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Key>2022-12-Concert/05+-+Track.mp3</Key>
<RequestId>1Q7WCCNVG7KFNBWF</RequestId>
<HostId>FoBiZP25r5kT6qSfiBvMEdy49MCMtmkTO8tR2ocxTr1RR9X06QgQvqaLlPfFocBwG/Yn+GI3r8E=</HostId>
</Error>
I did enter the API keys correctly on the settings page; there was no field to enter region.
Can you help? Thanks.
Hi, The error you’re encountering typically indicates that the provided API key was not accepted by Amazon. Please ensure that the ‘Public Key’ and ‘Secret Key’ are correctly placed in their respective fields, as they can sometimes be reversed during the copy and paste process.
Additionally, verify that the key was copied in its entirety, as parts may have been omitted during the copy and paste process.
The region will be detected automatically, so there is no need to enter it manually.
Thanks for your response. The keys were entered correctly. It turns out the problem was that the file name contained spaces – the AS3 URL replaces spaces with “+” but it doesn’t work for downloads.
Thank you for the update. Glad to hear that you got it sorted out.
