Err 504 Timeout

Hello, It looks it is a very nice addon, but I’ve an error 504 when wlicking the link.
You can try on impactsformations.com/fr/telechargements/ (made a test file at the end)
The link looks ok but I’ve no download opening. I’ve tried on chrome, firefox and explorer, same error.
Can someone help me?

Do you have the PHP Dispatch option enabled by any chance? If you do, what happens if you disable that?

Hello, I could not find this option.. the server was running on php 7, just changed it in 7.3, and also few options, and the error is cleared.. but it is still suuppeeeer sloooooooooooooooow (can you give a try on your side and let me know what you think? thanks a lot

Hi,

That option is found within each individual download page. Just see if you have the option ticked or not.
The downloads seem to download fairly quickly for us. I tried the first one on that page you mentioned above.
