Error with hidden downloads when use "activate terms and conditions"

When using Activate terms and conditions with Hidden Downloads Addon, it gives error, you can not use mixed normal downloads on some pages and others with Hidden Downloads because this error comes in which they use the shortcode with hidden downloads

I agree to the terms and conditions “> Download
terms and conditions “> Download

Is there a possible solution to use terms and conditions in downloads with hidden downloads or when using normal downloads and with hidden downloads?
