I posted this on the WordPress Forum also but I’m a bit desperate. We can’t get the cvs file to export it just shows a blank page. Is it supposed to download to the computer or does it place it in a folder if and when it works?

It puts a link for you in the top of that screen. Look for a message like the following after you click on the “export” button:

Log entries exported! Click on the following link to download the file.
