Modify the Squeeze Form Box

Hello, I recently purchased the Squeeze form addon for Simple Download Monitor so that we could capture email addresses before a download event occurs from a visitor. However, it appears that there are only two options (0 & Fancy) available for the format of the form box that appear for the name, email and download button. I would like to decrease the size of the box as it seems a bit overwhelming and I will be putting several on one page for various different downloads. Can you please help me with how to accomplish this?

You should be able to make the box smaller using a bit of CSS tweak. Please share a link to the page where you have it so I can inspect it. Are you familiar with applying CSS tweaks?

Do you want the width to be smaller or the height or both?
