[Support request] Not getting document title in email notification

Even though I’m using the following, in the email notification the {download_title} is blank at times.

“Someone downloaded {download_title}.”

Here’s what’s happening. I have two download buttons on the same page, one on the top and one on the bottom. Hitting either one causes 2 emails to be sent – one with the document title, and one with a blank title. AND, I do have different button IDs on each of them.
