Hi, I am new to SDM and try to make it work with my DIVI-Template.
Everything works fine until I try to put a download shortcode into one of my posts.
Instead of the download button only a loading animation appears within the post.
Is there anything I can do to make SDM work with DIVI created posts?
Thanks in advance for your help and greetings from Germany 🙂
I am not sure about this. Does the theme (Divi) support standard WordPress shortcode in the area where you are trying to use the shortcode?
Our plugin’s shortcode uses a standard shortcode implementation (it doesn’t do anything special).
Thank you very much for your reply.
Of course it was my mistake. I used a standard text module instead of a code module in which the shortcodes work perfectly.
On this page … it is explained how to do this right.
Sorry for bothering you with a stupid question.
LG Alex
I have insert the shortcode into the code module of Divi but the button background and text color too light and blur. Any ways to troubleshoot it?
Thanks in advance for your help and greetings.
I replied to your post in our other forum. Please post the URL of the page so I can inspect the button and the CSS.
