sdm-download-counter is not working anymore

I used this plugin in all my sites and always it worked fine. Recently, in this page: nuove-vie.it/un-altro-regalo-per-i-nostri-lettori/ the counter is always set to zero!
Inside the site I may see that files are downloaded, and the numbers are not zero!
Any idea?

Is it only on that one page with a particular download item? Are you using caching on this site by any chance?

Oh? Strange enough today the download numbers show on the page! Sorry: thank you for the help, but I cannot understand whhich was the trouble.
