When attempted to create a new page and add a squeeze form there is no squeeze form icon to add. Therefore I cant figure out how to use it since I cant follow the directions.
You can’t add a shortcode like the following to the page? You can insert a standard shortcode block and enter the following shortcode:
[sdm-squeeze-form id="210" fancy="0"]
