Squeeze Form download stats is not working

Hi!
I’ve purchased the Squeeze Form addon, but the download counter is not working. Even after many attempts and tests downloading the files by using the forms, the counter remains in 0.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

The counter i’m referring is in the SDM Downloads section. It does change even with a bunch of tests going on…

By default, the squeeze form submissions are only logged in the “Squeeze form” addon’s interface.

Enable the following option which will make the downloads being handled by the core plugin and the standard download log will be populated for it:

Squeeze Form -> Settings -> Deliver the Download via Email

But I can not change the download delivery method for my clients… It would be really helpful if the counter could count the downloads one way or another though.

I second that. It seems strange you can’t track downloads using the core plugin.

Hello Dear Support,
Any news about that ? I really need to have the counter of the items moves up when the customer send the squeeze form to download it. My client doesn’t want a email to download it. Thanks a lot.

This has been added to the addon. Update the core plugin to v3.9+. Then also update the squeeze form addon. It will start to capture the squeeze form submissions in the download logs table.
