Squeeze form merge tag {title}

Our site has lots of downloads, and users may download 3 or 4 files from different pages, which results in 3 or 4 emails being sent.

The merge tag {download-id} just returns a number which doesn’t tell the user very much. It would be helpful if there was a merge tag {title} so that the email can say something like

Here is your download link for FileTitleNameGoesHere:
https://www.my-website.com/?smd_process_download=1&download_id=1234
