Hello. I’m having trouble getting the add download form tool to appear in the text editor. I have to reload the page several times for it to appear

Is there some caching on this site?

Is the issues on the front-end (like the shortocde not rendering correctly)? Or you mean the wp editor is not showing the shortcode?
