Hi there.
I have noticed in the download logs that some people are downloading with the username (not-logged in) I am a membership plugin and every single post where the downloads are, are protected. I have tried to replicate this but I am promted to the membership restricted access page.
Only logged in members can access those pages, so i am wondering why it says username: not loged in?
I was just wondering if it was normal for something like this to happen?
thanksI think I have figured out why.
After a user signs up for a membership, they are logged into to the membership software, but they are not loggedin to wordpress. Once they logout and log back in again, then it works as it should. So it the membership software support I should be contacting.
Yes, this plugin will read the WP User’s login status to log it.
It will read our WP eMember plugin’s login status also (mainly because we have control over the other plugin):
