Problem: One request but many emails sent

Hi,
We have been using Squeeze Form for few months now. We use a popup window and “deliver the download via email”. You can find it on this page:[inneasoft.com/en/bacnet-explorer]
Go down to “download” and then click on “Receive a link”.

In the table that lists the names and email addresses of all the squeeze form submissions, we noticed that for one request we often get many email sent.

Here an example:

BACnet Explorer: Professional version (Trial 10 days)

27775 Name Surname [email protected] 2021-06-21 07:58:28
BACnet Explorer: Professional version (Trial 10 days)

27775 Name Surname [email protected] 2021-06-21 07:58:25
BACnet Explorer: Professional version (Trial 10 days)

27775 Name Surname [email protected] 2021-06-21 07:58:25
BACnet Explorer: Professional version (Trial 10 days)

It doesn’t happen all the time but very often. Sometimes it could be only 3 emails sent or more…

Any ideas?

This is going to be a conflict related issue. You have something on this site that is getting stuck and re-submitting the squeeze form submission multiple times which is causing this.
