Simple Page only web site

I have a simple Pages only website. We recently changed our member application form. I simply want to get a count of how often that form has been downloaded. Can’t figure out how to do that with this apparently Post related plugin.Help please

Are you offering the form as a downloadable item or is it a page and you want to see how many people are visiting that page?

If it is a downloadable item, then you configured it as a download in our plugin. The following tutorial should be helpful:

If it is a page and you want to know how many times the page has been viewed, then you should use something like Google Analytics to track the page views.
