Please go to the WordPress ‘Plugins’ menu. From there search for the Simple Download Monitor Plugin. If there is an update, you can go ahead and click ‘Update Now’. If you do not see the option to update, you will be already using the latest version of the plugin.

It talks about color somewhat which you may be able to handle if you are familiar with CSS. If you need customization completed for your website feel free to use the contact form and one of our developers will be able to give you a quote.

To place them in three columns, the easiest way is to use the columns block inserter option for WordPress which allows you to specify columns and rows which you can then place the download shortcode.

That option is found within each individual download page. Just see if you have the option ticked or not.
The downloads seem to download fairly quickly for us. I tried the first one on that page you mentioned above.

Can I ensure that you have version 1.1? I have just trialed this on my site and do not see the issue. You will need to use the App Key and the Generated Access Token found in your Dropbox developer account for it to work correctly.

Please check that you have copied and pasted these keys correctly into the settings on the download page where you wish to have an item from your dropbox account.

If you have followed the documentation below, set up API keys correctly and have the latest version and it is still not working I will need to jump on your site and investigate further (or view some screenshots of the issue).

I have conducted a test on my own site to try and troubleshoot this issue for you although cannot replicate it. Everything seems to be working fine on my own site.

I think you may have not entered a valid URL in the ‘Login Page URL’ field of your Simple Download Monitor Settings menu. Please copy the URL and paste it into your browser. A valid URL should not return a 404 error.

Try entering a different valid URL and see if the issue is still happening.

If you have the email notification addon you should also receive an email when someone downloads using the squeeze form. The email is triggered after the download now button is hit.
